Aligning Crafting Stations with Essential Housing Tools Question

Awesome tool for aligning things, but I haven't been able to figure out how to control the row/column configuration when aligning crafting stations. I've tried adjusting the alignment settings without any luck and there doesn't appear to be overall group size settings to force row/column constraints (shown as Overall Dimensions within build tutorial video).

Example (with each * representing a crafting station):

I currently get 3 columns (sorting left to right, top to bottom) -
**** **** ****
**** **** ****
****

And what I want is (sorted top to bottom) -
****
****
****
****
****
****
****

I figure I'm just missing something... Any assistance would be really appreciated. Thanks!
