"The red pill and its opposite, the blue pill, are a popular cultural meme, a metaphor representing the choice between:

Knowledge, freedom, uncertainty and the brutal truths of reality (red pill)
Security, happiness, beauty, and the blissful ignorance of illusion (blue pill)"

Insight to Agree to Awesome Ratio = 1:6.04:2.76 as of 1/25/2019

Compared to people that I've ignored = I am 18% more insightful, 20% less agreeable, and 88% more awesome.

Intersting. Ive had them flat out tell me they cannot and will not recover an accidently deconstructed item. And to be more careful.

I’ve had nothing but pleasant interactions with the ESO support team, they’ve always been friendly and helped me out way more than I could ask for.

accidentally sold my master bow to merchant with many other useless items. I want that back!
History, like a human being, is thirsty when it wakes from its slumber…History wants to drink up an enormous amount of blood. And even if history has tired of drinking blood, that’s only in regards to the amount. But what about quality? The larger the sacrifice is, the more delighted the cruel gods will be.

Pretty much my understanding of how some tickets g. It seems hit or miss on issues like this, which is frustrating for us to know what is and isn't possible from support.

You are lucky...I remember this mail bug that they wouldn't restore anything even though it was on their side. It still exists btw.

Or the trade bug from housing that lost people items that took s month to hear any news. Not to mention 3 days worth of mail saying this is really a bug not it's not in bag...no I am not a new player.

What about poor souls who lost items to housing storage bug that was reported during pts?

Or how come I couldn't get outfit station (the real design) but other winners of deadric contest could?

Personally I don't think think ESO support should be outsourced like it feels now. Besthaada in general has issues with support. Back when I was class rep I helped fallout guys see some pressing bugs they were overlooking like immortal player. Or how did mazzutum jumping walls last a year after being reported day one?

I like combat team, but costumer support has a lot of issues ...

Two years and I've had two occasions to ask support for in game help. Both cases were fully resolved quickly. *happy panda*
