Khajiit beleives that this will never happen. This one understands that addons are produced by third parties via ESOTUI who are not a part of ZOS or Bethesda. Because of this Khajiit thinks that it is most unlikley that ZOS would provide inbuilt addons as this would defeat their model of relying on third parties to produce the addons that the ESO community wants. If ZOS provided all the features and functionality of every exisiting addon on ESOTUI within the game, ESOTUI would become null and void. But this would be so much work for ZOS yes? This is why Khajiit thinks that it will never happen! From what I gather it's the consoles themselves that prevent the add-ons. A simple solution would be to have them inbuilt into the game.
M'aiq the Liar"Dragons? Oh, they're everywhere! You must fly very high to see most of them, though. The ones nearer the ground are very hard to see, being invisible."

I wholeheartedly believe that console players are at a disadvantage in comparison to PC players due to the lack of add-ons.
Not to take away from the individual skill level from any player, because I understand that it takes work to pull the numbers that some people are.

At a disadvantage? I don't feel that way at all. The presence of add-ons - most of which sound like cheats and EZ mode crutches to me - is among the reasons I have little interest in playing this game on a computer. Not the main reason, certainly, but among the reasons.
