Getting kicked to login screen with no error message only in Group Dungeons

So ever since Murkmire I have been unable to go through a group dungeon without getting disconnected and thrown back to the login screen. No error is ever given, my character usually just disappears and then a couple seconds later I'm at the login screen.
The weird thing is it's only happening in Group Dungeons. I can play for hours straight in Cyrodiil, battleground, or anywhere else in the open world. But if I group up and try to do a group dungeon I late about 10-15 minutes before getting booted to the login screen. If I log back in and continue the dungeon it will happen again about every 10-15 minutes, but if I leave the dungeon and go play anywhere else, my connection is just fine.
I'm not having any drops in framerate or anything either in the dungeons, everything is usually around 60 the whole time, and then just like that, login screen with no error.
Anyone else have this issue that figured out a fix? I'd really like to be able to do some dungeons but currently it's just not possible, and unfair to the rest of the group having to wait for me to log back in or worse have me disconnect during a boss.
