Getting different leveling from different characters for same base game health potions

I was doing some inventory cleanup, and I happened to notice that two of my characters were leveling the base game Essence of Health potions higher than the rest of my characters. Thirteen characters level the pot to 6684 health restored, and one character levels it to 7018 and one levels to about 7600. I'm sure that there's an explanation for this, but I haven't been able to find it yet. The two characters are cp810 Dunmer/Templar/Atronach and cp810 Argonian/Templar/Thief. Both have the same skill points in Alchemy that matter, and I have another character, my main Alchemist that is a cp810 Nord/Templar but she levels the pots to the same 6684 as the rest of my characters. I linked the pots into chat, and my guildmates were seeing the same 6684 that my other characters were seeing, so it's not the pots.

I've looked through the various Templar skills and passives without finding any reason for this disparity. Someone in my guild suggested that there may be something in the CP that may account for it, and I took a quick glance but nothing obvious stuck out.

Does anyone have any idea or guess as to what the secret ingredient is for what I'm experiencing? Thanks very much.

Champion Points invested into the Blessed pool of The Apprentice will affect the values of any healing done effect, including potions.

I didn't go through all my characters, but I did check the three I mentioned above. The one that saw 6684 like the rest of my characters has 0 in Blessed, and the one that saw about 7600 has 75 in Blessed. However the one that sees 7018 also has 0 in Blessed. So, although this may be one factor, there must be at least one other factor. Any further thoughts? Thanks very much.

I think anything with Minor Mending would push it closer to 7200.
Powered trait on a weapon plus Healing Done from a monster helm or a 5-piece set would provide a variable result. Possibly in range, possibly not.

Unless it's a combination of Blessed and Quick Recovery (The Lord).

I swapped weapons on a character & placed two Powered weapons, and each increased the pots, so that can certainly be a factor as you said. The argonian however, had 0 in Blessed and 0 in Quick Recovery, no Powered weapon, no monster sets, and nothing from any 5-set gear to add any healing. However, the Argonian has a Quick to Mend racial, and I'm sure that's where it's coming from .

I can see now that there are a lot of possibilities with the different classes, gear, races, skills, etc, so I'm content now, on what's happening with this. Thanks once again.
