Xanmeer Crate Bug - Cannot Convert Dye Stamps to Gems

Hello folks at Zenimax,
The current season of crown crates - Xanmeer - has all sorts of fun stuff in it! Much better than last season, whose Halloween themes turned me off from getting my usual x15 pack each season to show my support for the game. Unfortunately, there was an oversight with the dye stamps that were included in the new Xanmeer crates. Dye stamps for this season cannot be extracted for gems. For now, I'm going to offer the benefit of the doubt and assume this is unintentional (aka, a bug). If it is intentional, that's not okay.
In case it matters, I play on Xbox. I hear this problem exists regardless of platform, though.
