Increase spawn rate of quest mobs for New Life Festival?

Is there any thought to upping the respawn rate for the Grahtwood and Betnikh mobs that are required for the New Life Festival quests?
From past years' events, this became a bottleneck where players are tripping all over each other and competing with bots for a limited number of slow-spawning mobs so much that it just becomes a test to see who can spam the most AoEs. I really don't want to see a competition of Caltrops, Endless Hail, Liquid Lightning and Wall of Elements, so can you pretty, pretty please look into adjusting their spawn rates?
Did I say, "please" enough?

I'm not on their end so I do not know how it all works, server side, but I am curious to know how many instances they actually have at a given time, or what their cap of instances are at once. Not sure if increasing the amount of instances is something that can even be achieved or not. or if at all beneficial.
At this point, I about pray to Azura every time I sign in for everything to go smoothly..0
