Check if you have all lib files required

Try contacting developer for it? Maybe they can help you?
I didn't think the alchemy add on worked automatically..you have to select the box that says use only quest ingredients and the one that says only two) it then does a search...it then pulls up all the recipes that will work...be sure to be on either the poison screen or the potion screen.
You must know the traits of the ingredients before it will craft anything.
