Mine would definitely be Divayth Fyr not only is he probably the most powerful wizard in tes but he also cloned female versions of himself that he calls his daughters yet they claim their his wives.

✭✭I haven't met everyone in the game yet, so my experience so far is kind of limited to a somewhat small number of characters, but I've noticed that I'm kind of fond of Tilenra Sildreth; the Telvanni witch in Suran.
Naryu Virian and Kireth Vanos are also characters I've been pleased to encounter, each in multiple regions and story arcs so far.
I might have a thing for sassy Dunmer ladies.
