Lag in Cyrodiil

21:35 on the European Sotha Sil, a Wednesday. Ball groups are running around and spamming skills. I'm fighting two players at a resource, far away from the groups. My latency is around 200, but the lag is much worse than that. You have to wait three seconds after you roll dodge before you can use skills, but you have to wait three more seconds before they work. Sometimes.
I usually suffer through lag in Cyrodiil, but this time the game was so clunky I had to log off. This reminds me of years ago when the latency was often 999.
