Sometimes finder fails to fill all the teams and refuses to fill them even if they leave. Typically it picks one team then fills it with only 2 people, while all other have four. It will continue to stay that way even if that 2 man team leave, finder will again fill it with only 2 new people. Whenever someone from remaining 4 man teams leave, finder will fill it normally till 4.
Basically finder will stubbornly fill the teams 2-4-4 and refuse to start the match. It's annoying, you can't do anything and just be forced to leave and get 20mins penalty for nothing.
