Murkmire (and generally overall game) performance

So this is my typical experience of Murkmire lately:

Pretty much goes like this:
I really do admire the artwork but I'd much prefer to be playing.
Experience is noticeably worse in Murkmire but long load screens are becoming more noticeable elsewhere in the game but the dropped framerate/choppy performance after wayshrine is Murkmire only in my experience

Pretty much goes like this:
- Log into char that is in Murkmire/Wayshrine a character to Lilmoth. Unusually *cough* long load screen
- Collect daily WB quest
- Wayshrine to point nearest WB. Unusually *cough* long load screen
- Eventually come out of load screen. Extremely choppy video performance/framerate
- Move towards WB then boom, random load screen
- Unusually *cough* long load screen to eternity. No coming back to game
