One of my very first MMO's was Fiesta Online way back in the day, and they had a guild vs guild feature which was actually a lot of fun. It wasn't bound to PvP areas, so you could be walking along the shops in a major city and then suddenly "X GUILD HAS DECLARED WAR ON YOU" popped up on your screen and you could duke it out with someone while you shopped for your pots and mats. Ah good times.
also would be cool to have an engineering class that can deploy siege weaponry for pve/pvp. class passives could be reload time, damage taken, decrease damage received, maybe ultimate can fire all deployed siege at same time

For an ''engineer'' type of class, I would think for more of an summoner-area denial type of support class for magicka, and as for stamina a more mechanical approach with a focus on melee versus melee, possibly giving the class an ability that shocks people touching the engineer.. With daedric devices as summonings and some aoe abilities that debuff people and do lightning/physical damage.. But after the warden I don't think the community is ready for another class. Still it would be definitely more creative than warden, It just doesn't really fit well with the lore.
As for the ''siege pilot'' thing, we already got all the pugs and Dks fit for the job..
