Dungeon finder finally broken on PS4 NA

Personally I've had no queue problems with this event until now. Last half hour at least the queue is completely broken. It does not work. "Someone declined" when no one did which results in either getting kicked from the queue or requeued into this endless loop. Or better yet, sometimes an error message that literally says "Cannot queue at this time." I really wanted to participate in the event for boxes tonight but so far it doesn't seem to be possible.

Has anyone found a workaround for this? Some people are saying to toggle group difficulty or reload UI, etc, but none of this has worked for us. We ran through FG on our own for the tickets but it looks like PS4 NA is just SOL for event boxes tonight.

It seems to happen when there are a lot of people using dungeon finder...it was working fine on XBNA last night until prime time then it all went to shite...

There are rumors that it happens when there are not enough instances for all the people queuing...

I had that once on one of my healers. 10 times "someone declined". I left the queue and then joined it again. After that procedure I got in from the first attempt. Could be a coincidence but worth checking (unless you are a dps).

Well don't use group finder for one, you can do your random in a premade group so just do that and then que in for a random once group is made. And make sure you're friends are no trolling you by declining the group. I've been running groups on Xbox NA every day on at least 10 toons "on my days off I run on all 15" with no problems

I had it yesterday for a short time. I think there is no workaround. I think there is a hardcap on the queue. But thats just my best guess opinion.

This occurs for premade groups, just as PC/Mac players have been reporting since the start of the Event. It began for PS4 last night about 9pm EST. Two of my guilds' chats were lit with the issue... a couple groups were running back to back randoms without problems then poof! Group Finder broken.

They were not 'trolling' each other. Interesting friends you must have.
