Doesn't change the fact that she is speaking the truth, and to me thats all that matters, not the person saying it.

That is what I would call “an unfortunate truth”.
When compared to the story of the boy who cried wolf, is it the dev’s responsibility to validate every single claim? Thus the importance of “who”.
(Just for the sake of argument)

However, what she mentioned, from my experience, has been more of “the entire village crying wolf”, & to that point I would say yes, they do have the responsibility as the maintainers.

I guess I’m glad she made a video. While I don’t feel there was anything said that we as players didn’t already know & agree with, publicity seems to help in these matters.

@yodased Yes! Actually i just dont feel like wasting my energy arguing with you. As you can see a majority of the people that are posting feel similar to me. The concept of ESO is generally good, the execution is horrible. You dont kill your dog because he is sick, you take him to the vet. Well ESO is a sick dog and we are trying to convince ZOS to go the vet instead of letting it puke blood all over the house.

What I understand is you have 15-20 people that are commiserating over a problem that the rest of the 10,000,000 people may or may not feel and anyone that tries to use this or any game forum for a metric of measurement against the populous is more than likely trying to push an agenda.

The game isn't what you want it to be, ok I get that. You want it to be something different, and you feel that your version is the correct version of whatever game that comes out of that want, but you don't get to speak for everyone who feels that the dog is just fine and is simply the wrong breed for your requirements.

I get your point, I even agree on the toxicity of that player, but a lot of what she addresses in the video are objective facts rather than personal opinions (e.g. double standards Wrobel applies to ability balance), and thus the personal opinions of others don't change the validity of these claims.

I watched the video. I am sure that people who agree with the content of the video will feel it is the truth, and is objectively factual. A lot of what was said was opinion presented as fact. The narrator was right that the video would be subjective and general.

That is not to say that the opinions are unfounded, or unimportant. It is also not to say that there were no facts, at all. Certainly, the 1vX PVPer that made the video feels that ZOS has not supported their game play, and that is the main take away from this video.
