Do Iceheart shoulders still exist?

I think I've spent over 50 keys in the past couple months trying to get medium Iceheart shoulders. At this point, I'd be okay getting any type (though obviously I would prefer medium) but I'm worried the loot table might be glitched out?

Am I just getting really, really bad RNG or is the loot table in fact glitched?

I've been trying to get Iceheart's shoulder, also, to no avail. I'm getting nothing but stamina shoulders.

I got some a few weeks ago, so they still exist. The RNG is just terrible, spent 90 keys once trying to get a shoulder.

It's great for learning VMA. I use it for my Ice Mage Warden, and I know a few others.

I use it. It gives a shield that doesn't cost magicka. It gives extra damage. Not a lot of damage but ok. And if your crit % is high enough, it procs all the time which means I am shielded most of the time.

Oh! And it doesn't take up a slot on your skillbar like other shields.

PVP is a lot more flexible with builds than PVE, and I'm trying to making a pure Ice mage Warden for Cyro/BG's.

I'm sorry it bothers you...? I enjoy the color blue and I color my text that way; I've been doing it for awhile.

Yes, they do.
and I put 'color= #000080', with [ ] instead of the quotes. You change the hex code for whatever color you want. I don't know if there's limits as to what colors the forum will allow??

I usually get a ton of Icehart shoulders. Well, by far less than other crap, but enough to remember picking them. I think i got about the same amount of Icehearts as Valkyn Skorias, what I consider quite decent.

Hate to be that guy, but...I've got a stack of them, lol.

This is a fun set, although it won't make or break you. Just keep trying, you'll get it eventually.

Yeah i only get heavy for some reason. I got a medium helm for my pve frost mage.

To the OP, do you have a stamina character? If so, try using that one to turn in keys ...

Oh yeah, the OP.. yes. I actually gotten quite a few shoulders. Wish I was so as lucky with the Radiant Apex mount from this Scalecaller crown crates as the Iceheart shoulder.. sheeesshh

I have a few sets. Used to get tons when I was trying for others. It's good on a magden..procs constantly.

You can use heavy too.

Heavy is usually better on chest or legs, as it gives more armor than a heavy shoulder / head. You want all the extra armor you can get for PvP.
