I finished all Stonefalls, Eastmarch, and The Rift, but I must have missed one.
Journal says cleared 9 of 10.
Is there a way to tell which breaches you have already cleared?
Gad, I don't want to go back through nine locations. Next time I'll keep track with pen and paper.

✭✭✭Unfortunately, no, unless PC/Mac players have an add-on that tracks them.
You might want to consult a guide with pictures of each location to see if one is unfamiliar.0 -

I mixed up two in Stonefalls- the ones around the Lava. Exactly because I got pulled into a Daily Group Dungeon.

✭✭✭✭✭Have fun! I actually loved that entire quest line. Problem for me was the end - due to lag (can't produce "normal" dps numbers with 2000+ ms ping), I had to have a friend help me on the one toon I completed the quest line on.
I'd truly love to go through the whole thing on every one of my (so far) 15 toons. But I just can't, so *shrug*1
