It is getting pretty annoying to have the same issues reoccur on an almost weekly basis now. And during and event again, just to add the cherry on top.

Last years undaunted event: group finder broken, after your "fix" login issues for steam users, primarily for Steam/EU.
This year: surprise! The same thing is happening.

Funny enoughI am perfectly able to get onto the NA servers and play my NA characters (load screens take forever, but I can get in). So please do not tell us, that this is an issue that Steam has, it is an issue your game has. Please finally solve it. It is not fun or cute any more. It is highly annoying.

My account ingame is the same as here on the forums @Nightingale707 , I am currently online on one of my NA characters, trying to log onto EU for several hours now.
Feel free to check that.

    I'm actually considering just canceling my eso + subscription. They just have no interest in fixing these bugs, if the same thing is happening year after year, it just shows they either can't fix it or just don't care to fix it.

    Well, they have to have fixed it somehow in the past and therefore one would think that they known what they did.
    Any serious business would be a bit more transparent with its customers thought seeing that many of us are paying a monthly fee and are therefore paying activity for time ingame that we are now missing.

    Overall I feel this forum, their twitter and social media is under all critique.

    but must admit that every time this issue happen, my patience fall down more and more.
    More over, i don't regain some when it's finally resolved.

    My Eso+ on steam will last until 23th december, christmas eve will be a good time to decide or not to quit this joke once and for all.

    In this very moment I decided to create a new character on NA server, but I'm not sure if I'll have patience to start over again.
    At least NA servers work more or less.

    But ZOS, Please, America is not the center of the world and guess what, you have customers in Europe too, who also payed for this game and would like to play!

    Pretty please, investigate this problem properly and solve it once and for all.

    My wife and I love to play MMOs and we have had a lot of fun over the years in many of them. They are very therapeutic for her as she has a rare and serious autoimmune disease and gets fatigued very quickly. Playing MMOs is a way of relaxing while doing something entertaining for her. We have recently been reviewing the number of games we have subs in and are looking at how much time we put in to each of them. Given the all too frequent and almost inevitable issues with Steam and ESO, I am wondering whether to re-purchase ESO or just unsub. The former feels all too much like rewarding ZoS for failure and sticks in my throat, the latter feels like losing a friend. So at the moment I will persevere

    But just one more Steam issue ....

    Its just unbelievable. Is it a pirate server game or what? You force community managers to feed community with standard explanations and same circus going on all the time. And of course it is not community manager`s area of responsibility, they are not fixing bugs but its really a bad joke how this "game" is working.
    Sorry, no offence but such things are regular for alpha beta gamma testing of new MMO projects not for 5 years GOTY pretending games.
