Bought the game again and can't redeem

I logged into my account and bought the game again as I previously bought it on steam and had constant problems so I decided to buy it directly from the website on my account.

There's nothing to download the launcher or redeem the code or anything?

    It is a big shame they don't let those who bought this game on Steam to unlink their account from Steam given all the log in issues Steam users have to deal with. I was considering re-purchasing through ESO website, but I refuse to pay for this game again just because ZOS can't get on the same page with Steam when they push out ESO updates.

    Even worse now I can't play the game because I bought a new copy and they won't change my email address on my account as its from an email that's been suspended so I have no way to do anything on my account and I never get replies to messages

    ZOS must compensate all the days of my ESO+ on that I can't login, because of the Steam issue
