I have i question. I have steam version of game, if i buy non steam,or another steam version will my progress, characters and additions be transferred with them (if you buy the regular version).
But can I buy a non-Steam version, progress from Steam will transfer to it, untie the Steam account and buy the game on another Steam and link it to the same account, or will it not work out for me at all?
If you already have a Steam account and bought ESO, why would you need to get another Steam account so you can rebuy ESO? I don't understand.
I can be wrong here, but I don't think they will transfer. I thought playing ESO through Steam would let you play ESO if you got a non ESO version. It seems you can't. So since your character is bound to your present account, getting another Steam account and another copy of ESO my guess is no, you can't. I can't say for sure since I can't understand why do this, unless you got hacked and lost your account or got suspended for what ever reason.
Not my quote but I love this saying
"I would pay It for support. But since they choosed we are just numbers and not customers, i dont mind if game and zos goes to oblivion"

Why?
There's really no need to have another Steam account ... unless your Steam ESO account was permanently banned.
There is also no transfer or sharing between Steam accounts. Another player has to get their own account and game. You can get a second Steam account for yourself if you wish ... but you're starting a new game from scratch on that account.
I don't think you're being up front about the reasoning for this question.
Regardless, the link I posted above is at Online Support. It has a search feature if you have other questions about Steam and ESO.
