I love how they just cut the damage in half. Eh, yeah we are taking away the 3rd skill bar and completely changing the way the skill operates. Because you can now use it as a light attack with a skill, we are just going to cut the damage 50%.

No real application testing to determine if 50% was to much. They just pick an arbitrary number and go with it lol
