Next Ticket Event & Dungeon Finder [PC][EU]

With the upcoming event to get tickets and more rewards, players will have to queue in a random dungeon (normal or veteran mode) and complete to get the box rewards.
I would point out that right now, on PC EU platform, in primetimes (after 19.00) the dungeon finder starts to give problems and there is the usual "bug" that keep saying that someone left the group (even if this is not true).
With the upcoming event, this problem could potentially expand also in other hours (because of the larger number of player that queue on random to get the rewards).
I hope it won't go this way, because it will be annoying to waste 30 minutes as a healer/tank and not be able to enter a random.
I would point out also that this bug has existed for about 4 months (if not more).

Indeed. A cynic might say that ZOS' steadfast refusal to fix the only grouping tool in a multiplayer game, instead focusing on stocking the cash shop full of sparkly tat that could only appeal to a hyperactive tween, is indicative of the fact they couldn't give a rat's arse about the quality of the actual game experience.

What is completely inexcusable about this latest fiasco is that it was entirely predictable.
Forums were awash with comments trying to tell ZOS that the group finder would not handle the strain again this year.
This all comes back to communication again.
ZOS, why do you repeatedly ignore your community even when they are trying to help you avoid issues.
We all knew linking the mystery boxes to a bugged tool was going to be a disaster but you ignored us and went ahead anyway.
You put up posts recently acknowledging your failings in communication and pledged things would change but it honestly feels like the disconnect between you and us is getting worse with each event.
I think you are pushing your loyal fan base to the limits of what people have patience for.

I hate the events announced with pump and parade then we find out they do not work as intended.
One might ask why ZOS starts events with group finder not working and apparently not tested.

They did though. I'm awating more than an hour for a pug. If someone declined while forming group, I'm awaiting again.
Sometimes I'm booted from game to launcher with "unable to load announcements" message.

Very annoying!
Waste of time, event tickets, gf rewards!
