Hi guys. Recently I made ticket which still has not been answered. I am usually used to having a very fast and helpful reply, but now? What gives. Is there something wrong with support at the moment and it might take awhile or what? Please help me.

Normally support takes a day for me, but I am EU so that might just be because I send them at odd times (the English support is NA based).@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
