Refreshing Ring of the Advancing Yokeda - Any way to obtain?

It's in-game since it has an item ID. You can find it with an item-finder addon. Is there any way to obtain such item, since I have no clue. My guess is no?

Rings of the Advancing Yokeda do drop in HRC. idk where you get the refreshing part from unless their is a rare chance for a specifically names ring, but that makes no difference.

Basically, my rings do not say Refreshing. It would not affect the set bonus either way as they are all part of the Berserking Warrior Set.

Seeing as it has a description at the bottom, looks like a Unique variety of a set item, probably only drops sometimes from a specific boss.

This, and probably a greater chance on normal than vet, but it makes no difference if it is named or not.

Here's the bow:

Point in case; some items that have IDs are absent from loot tables (like the bow above), so they actually don't drop anywhere. Their existence is purely theoretical.

Also mind, the ring would be useful, but if you're chasing a meta set, then you probably would want to transmute into infused and bloodthirsty anyway, so it doesn't make much difference. Except as collector's piece.

My guess is OP doesn't have Summerset, and robust isn't too far behind infused anyway on a redguard. A lot better than healthy.
