Nope. It's going to be like this:

    1) Kill 5-7 Rift Mammoths to collect 10 Mammoth Steaks
    2) Travel to any cooking fire to bake the 10 Mammoth Steaks into one Meat Pie
    3) Repeat steps (1) and (2) three more times until you have 4 Meat Pies.
    4) Travel to various locations in Eastmarch and The Rift looking for Hungry Beggars
    5) Give one Meat Pie to each Hungry Beggar
    6) Each Hungry Beggar will reward you with one Ragged Clothing: Hat, Shirt, Breeches, Shoes
    7) Travel to the Lion's Cleft in The Rift and kill mobs. Mobs have a chance to drop Clothing Repair
    8) You will need to collect one Button, one Thread, one Needle, one Scissors, one Thimble, and one Pattern
    9) After collecting the six unique Clothing Repairs, travel to any Outfit Station
    10) At the Outfit Station, repair the Ragged Clothing to create your Festival Suit.
    11) Equip your Festival Suit and travel to Windhelm
    12) In the Cold Moon Inn, speak to the Fashion Advisor
    13) The Fashion Advisor will tell you no Nord Festival Suit is complete without blood and guts stains from dangerous beasts
    14) Kill any three World Bosses with sufficient dps to gain a loot drop while wearing your Festival Suit
    15) Each World Boss will drop a unique trophy: Blood, Guts, Glory
    16) After collecting Blood, Guts, and Glory, return to the Nord Fashion Advisor
    17) She will congratulate you and affirm your Festival Suit is the height of Nord fashion, however...
    18) You need to show off your Festival Suit to various Nord Revelers. Travel to three locations in Eastmarch and find the Nord Revelers
    19) After sharing a flagon of mead with each group of Nord Revelers, return to the Cold Moon Inn
    20) The Nord Fashion Advisor will award you a New Life Charity coffer.

    Repeat eleven more times

This just made my day :lol::lol:

It's either this or, open the daily quest rewards for a 1 chance in X to get a Writ. Then craft a homespun sash, unenchanted, no trait, no set, no improvement. And deliver it.

Extreme grind or extreme simplicity. Let's hope we all get proved wrong :P

    Extreme simplicity

This what I got in the way of charity writs on PTS. A small selection of what's available I think as I didn't do very many New Life quests. The charity writs were fairly common drops in the reward crates.

I checked the items you have to make and the recipes are all on sale from crafting merchants.

Crafting furniture, that's actually quite nice. I expected them to be a watered down version of the daily writs but it seems I was wrong, and that's a good thing.

Does it require that people craft a single item or a dozen per writ?

Oh, a furniture-themed quest... First some exploration during Summerfall, now a bit of furniture crafting... I am starting to like those, who responsible for these events.

I hope we would be able to do more than 1 writ per day

I didn't participate on the PTS, but I'd guess you'll be able to do as many as you like, just like Master Writs, especially if you run multiple characters. It's also possible that you might only be able to do one of a specific writ per day. Or maybe only one per character, which could still be as many as 15/day, but who knows. We also don't know the frequency or rarity of the writ drops either, except for whatever the PTS participants experienced.

"Once accepted, this contract cannot be traded or sold." What does THAT mean? Is there any earlier stage before you accept the quest that you can transfer the writ to:
    -- Another of your characters?
    -- Another player?
the way you can with master writs?

Edit: The question was answered in https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/5661654/#Comment_5661654. The answer is also in the next post below this one.

From what I have read on another forum post they are like master writs so they should be bankable. I think the once accepted means if you use the writ.
