Impulse needs to do that same thing as Spin to Win. Give us a magicka, no aiming, aoe execute

Balance your game, this is about as no talent skill in the game, no aiming and its an execute aoe and still hits pretty damn hard. Magicka should get the same thing with Impulse on the destro skill line.

    I actually love the idea. Or any idea that makes more than 2 maybe 3 abilities useable from that line

    Impulse should do execute or a significant dot

    Reach can stay as is

    WoE can stay

    Elemental can use an improvement in that morph no one uses

    Force can stay

    Not really. Impulse needs to be redesigned because it's useless, and steel tornado needs the execute aspect of it removed.

    I dont think steel tornado has changed at all, other aspects of the game has changed to make it stronger... for now anyways.. And omg are you all playing solo? do you not have a way do snare a guy and kill him... cause that happens to me all the time.. spin to win only works when you have other players doing other things so that guy can sneak in and start spinning.

    and yeah its barely an execute and only then if you time it correctly and dont die while doing it... jeez people find real problems like game performance or something to complain about. stack them shields and tell your story walkin... lol

    I am all for giving DK's and execute. But I would prefer it to be within our skill line because if you put it in a weapon line then other classes would have 2 execute vs. our 1.

    A better idea would be to remove all executes and put them all in the weapons lines or guild lines at least form a DK point of view.

    While we are at it, they should make everything stam has have an exact Copy for mag. Second step: classes should only be different in animations and visuals.

    If they’re unwilling to change steel tornado, just give pulsar the execute instead of minor mangle. Or something along those lines.

    It is still not a spammable execute. It is an ultimate that misses 99% of the time. I have no hard time with steel tornado. I don't care if I die to cheese ball groups. My point is simply, that you can't spam bear execute and you have to hope that the bear is nearby and alive. You don't need to summon your blades again if they die? :lol:

    The bear as an execute is absolutely atrocious.

    It takes time for the bear to move (no matter how close)

    The attack itself has a wind up animation

    And is dodgeable/blockable

    Meaning in the time it actually takes the bear to move, to attack and if it lands; there's no way the target is still at the execute range.

    The damage has been nerfed by 30% - has an extremely low Tooltip when compared to other ultimates

    - as a console player we have practically 0 control over said bear - heavy attack to get the bear to Target means 3 sec before he starts moving to the correct target (if he isn't in a wall or something)

    The Destro line is weak AF. SnB, 2H, DW, Bow all have a very large amount of utility mixed into abilities.

    I.e. stun + defile + damage; dot + x2 upfront direct damage + snare; knock back + damage + heal; HoT + major + burst heal/snare Removal

    Destro has reach that's comparable really. It's like each of Destro abilities (minus reach) have one less effect than other abilities.

    magicka characters is already useless, with or with out execute. Equip a 2Handed weapon and be happy

    Why not just play a stam build? You seem to want the same skills while calling one "magicka" and one "stamina"

    Wait... guys, I have an awesome idea!

    How about we use Steel Tornado on a Stamina Warden, along with Subterranean Assault (+12% Stamina and Magicka Recovery + 3% damage + Major Fracture 8% damage increase), Bull Netch (+3% damage + 200 stamina regeneration/second + Major Brutality 20% Weapon Damage), and Cliff Racer (+3% damage), and Bird of Prey (+3% damage + Minor Beserk 8% damage)... where all those animals also heal us each time they are unsummoned and then add Dawnbreaker of Smiting (8% weapon damage) or the other morph for an AOE knockdown and very strong AOE damage and DOT.

    Because, guys, 20% damage boost on the bar (25% if you want to go dual swords... or even more if using hammers on tankier targets) of an 11 meter radius AOE 100-0% Health Scaling Execute ability with "after your Assault, Cliff Racer, and Dawnbreaker hits all at the same time target is at 20% health" built in Execute passive isn't OP at all. Just learn to git gud... /s

    XD Literally all the lolz, man.

    What's even better is one can literally cast Subterranean Assault, Light Attack + Cliff Racer, Heavy Attack Charge + Subterranean Assault combo the whole way until low on health when Steel Tornado execute range at 30% health and never worry about running out of Stamina for PVE or PVP. Coolest thing ever...

    Dual Wield ability morph named "Steel Tornado" - it scales from 100% health down - so the more you spin, the more you win. Damage increases the lower health the target gets, so you spam that ability away.

    Steelnado is dumb and requires zero skill. Not even a target. Lower the distance or take execute away. Honestly other morph should have the execute.

    This. And other builds I am sure have something like this. Subterranean Assault can miss and requires a CC to be effective. Dawn breaker can be dodged. Steel Tornado is like radiant destruction. You just press the button as hard as you can. That's it. How is this okay?

    One of my old school favorite things to do with my mDK was pair Impulse with Deep Breath. More because of the visual/audio effects than what they could do together - but they were fun for using on mobs during power leveling sessions. I still just want my mDK to burn everything to the ground....
