Have not been able to log on since 11/19/2018 and losing time I subbed for

I get error 11 each time I try and log on and this is the 3 weeks it has messed me up like this I am losing my daily rewards over this please tell me what to do... I have not been able to log on since 11/19/2018 error 11 and before that I had to load the client and close it val task manager and reload it and keep doing this till it was complete and now error 11 and I am lost for words as I am a paying subber and you guys have not even reached out to my emails

    I assume you opened a ticket. I also assume you have searched the forum and done everything mentioned in previous forum topics about Error 11, including what is referenced in the Knowledge Base?

    I assume you opened a ticket. I also assume you have searched the forum and done everything mentioned in previous forum topics about Error 11, including what is referenced in the Knowledge Base?

    Done everything I have ran across and I uninstalled the game and now it will not let me reinstall

    Thank you much! But I did that a couple days ago and got no where, So I uninstalled and tried to reinstall the game and now it will not install any input will be helpful thank you!

    It's the last few updates that has taken me out the game each week and now it hit me even harder lol but I am hoping I can find a fix on the forums

    The client freezes and I have to wait like 20 seconds or use task manager to close it

    How much free space do you have when trying to reinstall?

    Are you sure you uninstalled it ALL? No Zenimax directory? Gone?

    Also, try running the installer as Administrator (if on Windows), and always reboot before trying to install in case the OS has files locked.

    Now I just uninstalled and now I will reboot and give it another go! Thanks
    Starting fresh :)
