Buying Crown store items

Hey all I was wondering is it possible to buy Crown store items without longing into the game. I am away until the 29th and wanted to pick up one or two of the black Fredas bargins.

✭✭✭✭✭First, ensure that you have enough crowns to cover the purchases you would like to make.
Then navigate to:
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/
Open a ticket. Request the Crown Store Concierge Service.
Briefly explain your situation (out of town).
List each item and sale price as they're written in the Crown Store interface, then the crown total at the end.
Technically this should work until the sale ends, but as tickets are generally taken in the order received, the sooner the better for turnaround time. Check on the 29th to ensure that the correct crown total was taken out of your account and that everything was accomplished as per your conversation with support.signing off3
