Imperial = 3% All Damage (not including Oblivion)
Redguard = 6% Physical Damage
Breton = 6% Magical Damage
Nord = 6% Cold Damage
Dunmer = 6% Fire Damage (decrease by 1%, lose Cold and Lightning)
Altmer = 6% Lightning Damage (increase by 2%, lose Fire and Cold)
Argonian = 6% Disease Damage
Orsimer = 5% Damage to Weapons and Staves
Bosmer = 6% Poison Damage

    I think no to Oblivion Damage. Maybe imperial can just have a 3% all Damage.

    This is not balanced. I would rather they had no passives at all than what you posted.

    Oh I don't like this at all. It tries to further pigeon hole races to different stereotypes. My Bosmer magplar and Bosmer magsorc would not be happy with this!

    Why would Orcs, a race who lives for the heat of battle, have a bonus to poison damage? It'd make more sense for the bosmer or khajiit to have poison dmg.

    Well, stealth damage is very low value. Sure, you might get a boost during your opening burst but then the boss' remaining 1.7M hitpoints are (as always) with him in your face. The only bonuses on the list that are worthy are physical damage and magical damage.

    In previous Elder Scroll games, racial bonuses were a mild flavor enhancer. They in no way drove you to excluding certain races from certain builds. My Bosmer mage did fine in Oblivion and Skyrim. Her race penalizes her (for the first time in her long Elder Scrolls career) for being a mage in ESO. Racials need change for sure but to encourage more freedom, not discourage it.

    Racials in Daggerfall, Morrowind and Oblivion was primary and starting bonus to skills and attributes.
    They was very noticeable at low level but as you leveled up and focused on the attributes you was weak in you leveled them up, low skills was very fast to level.
    ESO turn this on the head and all start equal but get racial bonuses as they level up. No idea why.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    Bosmer and Khajiit have 10% bonus damage from Stealth.

    This will definitely finish the sniper discussion :)

    From what Zos said they want to help with eaves have to be tank/mag/Stam etc. But when they do that I hope they bump up stat scalding with atribrute points to make up for X% lost and a some increase scaling without to make up for races that have max stat that's not the main like hp for non tanks and Stam for mag classes on dunmer and non tank imperials

    No thanks. What does my Bosmer magplar and magsorc want with poison damage? At least the current Bosmer stam perks help her block/interrupt/dodge-roll better - which is of at least some value to a mage. This change pigeon holes Bosmer even more toward 'You must be a Stamina character!' Ugh.

    This is a terrible idea as it would create even less racial and class diversity. Literally only one race would be viable for one role.

    At least now if you create a magicka character, you can pick from Breton, Altmer, and Dunmer.

    In your model, you'd have pick a specific race based on your class too. With only one race being viable per class, it would totally kill diversity:

    Sorc = Altmer
    DK = Dunmer
    Warden = Nord
    Templar = Breton
