Currently Magicka is at worst that players started using Stamina Ultimate and Skills, they are very effective in PVP
  1. Using Incapacitating Strike on MNB, this seems to be far better than Soul Harvest because of cheap Stun. It gives easier kill
  2. Using Dawn Breaker of Smiting, cheap AOE ultimate with Stun + Powerful Dot and hitting Vampires like a truck meanwhile Metroer becomes a worst jolk of year and Destro ult lost the charm due to nerfs and higher cost
  3. Using 2h on Magplar / MNB, Forward Momentum is so good and must not be missed

Solo and small group are only two (2) playstyles in PvP.

I don’t think group raiding is all of a sudden going to swap out their ultimates to use these.

But, feel free to continue on with your slippery slope argument.

I am seeing mostly this in BG and not talking about PVE raids or groups in Cyordiil (which is mostly overrun by Stam with pocket healers)

Players didn't just start using these things, it's been this way a long time.

Some classes have limited offensive ultimates, some have limited snare removal options.

I fail to see why it is bad. Stamina has been using magicka skills or ultimates for years. Does that mean stamina was at worst all these years?

May have some serious Mandela Effect going on but i seem to remember that Dawnbreaker originally did Magicka damage and not physical damage.

It was only when they revamped the Fighter's Guild skill line that Dawnbreaker became Physical damage.

    I still think that:

    1. Dawnbreaker should have a "Magic or Physical damage, whichever is higher" and that Meteor should have the same. If this was done with all ults then you'd be selecting ults for their secondary effects and not be restricted to certain ults.

    2. That Meteor needs to be slightly buffed by applying the dot to the players hit, not to the ground. We all know the drill, see the meteor markers, hold block and then walk out/dodge roll once it lands.

I see nothing wrong with this and consider it thinking outside of the box. My magsorc has a 2hd backbar for FM and to compensate when I face off against a dk and his wings. What does an all range caster do? Nothing but become a sitting duck.

At least with a physical weapon equipped I can keep some pressure on him and replenish some stam. I then can go full berserk mode once he's out of wing juice. Those light/heavy attacks are not just tickling them lol, they are applying some type of resource debuff as well.

I do the same on my stam characters, to an even greater degree.
