Purge not granting 10% Mag Reg

So yesterday eve after doin vHoF I stumbled over this bug.
Due to the first Passive in the Support Skilline, you should get 10% Magickareg, for each Supportskill slotted.
Which didnt work for me on Purge...well maybe just a Simple bugging out of my Character sheet.
However It still remaines this Morning, since I tested it again.
The Other skills, like Barrier, Siegeshield or Guard seem to trigger the Passive, but Purge does not.
I have turned all Addons off that may cause this bug, however this didnt help.
I asked my freinds if they expierience this bugs aswell, and for them everything works fine.
@ZOS_GinaBruno play have a look into this strange bugs goin on, its kinda confusing
Has anyone else expierienced these bugs, or can reproduce them on their chars?

✭✭✭✭✭When last I checked, unmorhed Purge and the Efficient Purge morph does not work for magicka aid nor meritorious service.
However, the Cleanse morph works for both.0
