There are a number of requests and conditions that support is not permitted or obligated to fulfill, but as a general guideline building rapport with customer support should probably start with spelling his or her name correctly.

If you meant Mykael he/she says NO to me also... same as Michael. I have had 3 requests/questions all have been a NO even though others on the forums have had the same request, in 2 instances I even linked them to the forum with posts from ZOS_JessicaFolsom saying it was allowed, the 3rd was a missing Twitch item on console.
