Can’t split stacks in bank

After today’s PS4 maintenance I no longer have the ability to split stacks of items in my bank.
There wasn’t a patch today so I’m a little confused as to why this has changed?

    Thanks for this, basically my eso+ lapsed, I then used the free trial which ended with the mentioned maintenance.

    Then I kneejerked “omg broken”. My bad.

    From a user-experience point of view, if your bank is full, the button disappears. Kind of odd.
