Im going to list a bunch of skills and MORPHS you cannot use.

No:
Elemental Rage
Imbue weapon+ morphs
Elemental Blockade
Force Pulse

Nb: Swallow Soul, Twisting Path, crippling grasp

Warden: Screaming Cliff Racer, Winter's Revenge, Swarm+morphs

Dragonknight: Lava Whip+morphs, Eruption, searing strike+morphs.

Sorc: Lightning Splash+morphs, Daedric Curse+ morphs, Unstable Familiar+ morphs

Templar: Spear Shards+morphs, Puncturing Strikes+morphs, Sun Fire+morphs

Make the best magicka build you can, without these skills!

Right, forgot, magdk, swap Doylemish for Infused/Charged Torugs or something, but if I did that I probably use skoria and 1 fire enchant for burning, or use breath since that wasn’t banned and do shock enchant for minor vulnerability

Ok, so MagDK

5 x Elegant
5 x Spell Strategist
2 x Zaan
1 x Perfected Blackrose Lightning staff

With the restrictions placed there is no real spammable or AoE's to overlay. This makes bar setup really hard lol.

Skill setup would be:

Destructive Clench, Engulfing Flames, Draw Essence, Burning Talons, Flames of Oblivion, ULTIMATE = Shooting Star

Molten Armaments, Dampen Magicka, Impulse, Coagulating Blood, Channeled Acceleration. ULTIMATE = Standard of Might

Again, this challenge is a struggle to find high damage and enough damage dealing moves you would actually want on a DPS.

Hated and loved this at the same time as a mental exercise.

(Sorc) Crystal Frags
(Templar) Solar Barrage
Various class ultimates
Various PBAoEs
Various executes

Let's go with Magden. The DPS bar runs:

• Shalks
• Netch
• Bird of Prey
• Crushing Shock
• Inner Light
• Northern Storm
  
  The back bar includes Lotus, Channeled Acceleration and Ice Comet. Zaan is an obvious monster set.

  I see other people picked up on the alternate destro staff morphs in the interim.

It’s pretty close to what I run already so it should work just fine, and it would even fit into the same rotation.
