So Who Won the Character Contest?

I thought there was a character contest awhile back were the winner has their character put in the game. What happened, who is the winner and where are they if they are in the game?

I had a theory thanks to a lorebook introduced in arteum. I politely asked a player who fit the book's description if the lorebook was about them they said no so that theory was disproven. Though having your own character to whoever won that you are essentially canon to the series and that's awesome from a lore nerd's perspective. I wonder if they had freedom to choose their character's personality and what they wear.

So they didn't reveal who won? I haven't noticed any characters out of place so far.
