Basically, a person places a forward camp on a well. It gets you STUCK when you use the camp to rez.
For some strange reason, the use of a forward camp is ALSO TIED TO GET ME UNSTUCK ... and therefore, you're placed and penalized with a one hour cooldown before you can use it to get out of it.
ZOS this is absolutely a MUST FIX immediately as opposing teams are using this feature to glitch out opponents in the heat of battle. Check the video.
When the camp is gone, you are STILL stuck... thus locking you out for an hour.
