Volenfell Dungeon Bug: Could Not Finish Quest

Just finished a nice run on Volenfell but the skeletons at the end would never de-aggro even after everyone ran through the door to safety. Because they never de-aggro'd the final NPC that finishes the Skill Point quest never showed. The quest arrow was pointing down where she was supposed to be, just outside that final door, but again due to the skeletons keeping aggro the combat still registered as active and she never spawned. We even tried looping around the map once, as we didn't want to miss out on our Skill Point, but it never registered us as leaving combat. The eternal combat state, despite leaving skeleton room, also prevented us from teleporting out of the dungeon and we had to all drop group to get out.

I've run this dungeon many times before successfully and this is the first time its happened.
