My character is stuck and /stuck doesn't fix it

My character keeps falling off the map and when I use /stuck only brings me back to the login screen. Please help.

Have you tried pulling up map and porting to way shrine ?

I did, it does the same - brings me back to the login screen.

I wrote the message for a ticket in Notepad and quickly pasted it and submitted a ticket, because when I fall to the bottom of the map it brings me back to the login screen.

I hope they help me... I don't have another character and I don't want to start over. T-T

I did, it does the same - brings me back to the login screen.

Well that exhausted my thoughts, sorry it didn't work and hope you get it resolved soon. They have been very helpful with situations like this though, it doesn't take long it just takes time.
