Heavy attack sound broken

Hey.
I dont know if this is intentional by ZOS (wich I REALLY hope not) or just a bug. But my heavy attack sounds are the same as light attack's? And the heavy attack with dual wield only makes one sound, it' feels like the weapons don't hit twice. I tried repairing the game without success.
