Which DLC should I focus on for ESO+ Free Trial?

I'm so excited about the free trial! But it is a little overwhelming because there's so much to do.
I'm not concerned about earning tickets for the Indrik mount. I'm also not worried about Murkmire since it's free later this month. And Cyrodill doesn't appeal to me. So, what DLC should I focus my time on the most? Unfortunately I have to work all weekend, so I will only have 1 solid day to play. Feel free to mention any specific quests I should do too! Thank you!

I put wrothgar, but it does depend on your focus. The best questing is in wrothgar imo. You might also want to just go start the dark brotherhood just to get the blade of woe. The world bosses are also fun in that zone.

Hew's Bane and Thieves Guild because your Thieves Guild rank (along with Legerdemain and Treasure Hunter CP star) increases the quality of your treasure chests loot :D

The one you are most interested in. It really is that simple.

Though DB does have a nice passive that reduces agro when mounted so when riding through zones it is less likely you will get into combat. Very nice to have.

You should focus on the Gold Coast.

At least you should start there and grab your blade of woe with every char.

Yeah, Wrothgar without a doubt... it has not only one of the best quests in any DLC, but also you have the Maelstom Arena there.

But Clockwork City is nice too... but it'll be overwhelmed with players, sadly.

Wrothgar is cool but imo DB for BoW on every toon. You won’t have enough time to progress through the quests to get the passives since you need to do dailies to advance.

Morrowind is neat for the nostalgia since it is a DLC now, and Wrothgar is good for questing, but focus on unlocking things that will help you once the free trial expires.

Get Blade of Woe asap in all your characters.

The fastest way to max Dark Brotherhood and Thieves guild Skill Line is with this MOD

if you do it right it takes like 2 hours to Max the Dark Brotherhood skill line and like 1 hour to max Thieves Guild Skill line.

I would gladly make a guide, but i am alreadly in my pyjamas, good luck!

Thanks everyone! I had a minute to get on today and just traveled to all the main cities to get the free pets, haha. But I also did the first part of Dark Brotherhood to get the Blade of Woe, and I started the Thieves Guild line to be able to open Thieves' Troves. Clockwork City does look really cool, but there were sooooo many people there! It was crazy! I'm still deciding which one to focus on because they all look pretty interesting. Ugh! Decisions, decisions!
Oh, and I'm playing on Xbox One, so I don't do add-ons, but thanks anyway.

I would go Hew’s Bane and Gold Coast as you will unlock and level the brotherhood and thieves’ guild skill line. The DLCs are also small enough to finish the storyline (for skill points), grab the skyshards and maybe squeeze in some dailies with the limited time you have.

    Wrothgar
Wrothgar is TOP IMO. Hard to beat it for content, outside of the elimination of VR, it probably was the biggest turnaround for this game.

Second Mention goes to Clockwork city or Morrowind, depending on your tastes. Both have solid story and interesting things to do. Especially if your a fan of the origional Morrowind game, going back to the island is very nastolgic.

So I think in order I'd focus on: Wrothgar - Morrowind - Clockwork city.

I think they did the free eso plus event to give people who don't have it a chance to take part in the CWC event an ad get their tickets/feathers. If getting an indrik mount interests you then at least do one daily in Ckockwork City for 5 days of the event to get the tickets. Other than that enjoy whatever your heart desires. Orsinium is a solid choice because it has a big zone with a great story.

    Hew's Bane
I recommend Thieves Guild (Hew's Bane) or Assassin's Guild (Gold Coast) - I lean towards TG cuz it's my personal favorite, but they're both relatively small zones (which means you've got a decent chance to wrap them up in the limited window you have) with guild skill lines that really open up some new gameplay options that you can carry with you throughout the rest of the game

Everything unlocked during the free trial you keep, but you can't level them further. So if you stop at level 5 TG, you stay lvl5 until you get access again, but you can still open Thieves troves. Ditto Blade of Woe, etc etc

honestly, at least getting the first passives in each of the thieves' guild and the dark brotherhood help immensely, and both of them have skill lines that are valuable (for instance, the fourth level passive in DB gives you a possible alchemy hireling, in a way). The main questiones for both are reasonably simple, though somewhat time consuming. But getting those passives is very valuable in other spots of the game.

great suggestions about unlocking thieves guild and dark brotherhood skill lines...

clockwork city is a pretty spectacular zone...wrothgar does indeed have the best questing...

best environment though to check out, the imperial city districts...maybe check a skyshard guide and spend a few minutes going though the districts collecting skyshards...

Just one hint for those who don't care about the Thieves Guild in general:

You do not need to go there to get the ability to open thieves troves. Just opening one trove in the wild while subbing to the + promotion will grant your char the permanent ability to open them. Go to Hews Bane for the whole quest line, or the locations, or the shards. B)

If you want to check them out to decide on ones to buy later I'd say do a little bit of each to see what you think of them.

In that case I'd also suggest focusing on Wrothgar, Morrowind if you don't already have it or Clockwork City because they're the biggest ones and have the most stuff to do.

But if you want something you can play through and mostly finish during the trial, or get the main permanent benefits from, go for the Dark Brotherhood or Thieves Guild.

Do both Thieves Guild & Dark Brotherhood together as they tend to work this way
Wrothrgar & Morrowind have the most to do
Clockwork City (if you arnt bothered by the event) follows on from Morrowind story wise

Imperial City is something to avoid unless you are an avid ganker, it was better a release than it is today, plus you cant get there directly

I'd probably recommend doing the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild for their skill lines. That would be hard to pull off in a single day though. But might be possible.

If you like PVE, Wrothgar was probably the best DLC for you to try out with the most to do.

If you like PVP or a PVP/PVE mix, Imperial City is still one of my favorite DLCs.
