Can't Log in since yesterday Evening

I logged in yesterday morning but when i tried to log in yesterday evening after 7:30PM central, it just circled for ever and said eso was not responding. I tried twice today, 11/15/18 and have not been able to log in. I launch game from launcher and I see nothing after except "ESO is not responding". Help!!???!!!

Are you still having issues with ESO opening from the launcher?
If you've not done so, try running a repair and see if that allows you to open the game.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
