I can craft/wear totaly 12 pieces of gears (7 x armor, 3 x jewelery, 2 x weapon (dw)) so,

* Can I have 5 + 5 + 2 set bonus at the same time?
* These sets must be different or can I use same set bonus twice? (Like 2 x Hunding's Rage)

You cant have 2 times the same set. So no you can not wear 2 times hundings rage.

You can have 2 different set bonuses going at the same time. So yes you can activate 5-5-2 set bonuses at the same time.

Also 2 handed weapons, bows and staffs count as 2 armor pieces. You no longer have to duel wield to achieve 5-5-2 armor set bonuses.

You can run 2x 5pc sets and a 2pc set. However they must be different. You can't use 10pc Hundings and get double the stats.

Yes, you can, even with 2H weapons you can have an extra 2 piece bonus.

And no, no repeats... Hunding's Rage only counts just once, even if you use more pieces of it. Best option is to find some other set that have a 2 piece bonus that'd benefit you.

I'm not a stamina fan myself, sorry  I'm not familiar enough about builds options for stamina at all, so I'll let others reply to that

But, in general... for a gank build, I'd think one of the useful sets would be Clever Alchemist (craftable)

I've heard some swear by Briarheart (Orsinium dropped) too, for damage/survivability.

You can't never go wrong with Hunding's Rage as one of your 5 piece bonuses.

For two piece sets, crafted Night's Silence gives extra Max Stamina, or monster Molag Kena for the extra Weapon damage it is (or was, IDK ) good for ganker builds, though there are probably some better options now.

This is a good site for looking for useful sets, as it lets you filter them by bonus type -> https://eso-sets.com/search/advanced

If you're asking this then you're probably just getting started, and short on gold and resources.

    First point:
If you're not CP160 yet, don't worry too much about getting an optimal setup until you are.
You'll just outgrow your gear, wasting whatever gold you spent gearing up.
If you have a friend or guildmate that's a crafter get them to make 5 blue tier hundings, 4 blue tier mechanical acuity, and mayyybe a single white tier mechanical acuity ring to finish the set if they really like you or you've got the materials.
Fill the remaining jewellery slots with whatever you find, you won't be wearing it for very long.

    Second point:
Once you're CP160 your first sets should be good general purpose stuff that'll perform in any role adequately, not specialised sets that do one thing very well but suck at everything else.
Once you're set up and have gold and resources to spare then you can try out specialised sets as alternatives.

I'd suggest getting 5 Spriggans (4 armour and 1 jewellery, including head and shoulders) and pairing it to 5 hundings (weapons and 3 armour), with 2 purple robust Agility jewellery to finish (should be fairly cheap to buy).
Replace the 2 Agility jewellery with Spriggans jewellery and replace the spriggans head and shoulders with monster pieces when you get a decent helm and shoulder from the same monster set or 2 non-matching pieces which both have good 1 piece bonuses.

Spriggans can be ground out in Bankorai fairly easily even if your gear is subpar because there'll be plenty of other people grinding dolmens and there's usually a group in the centre of the map running a ring of world bosses and the middle dolmen in peak time.
Just tag along with the others, do some damage to the boss, and get the loot you need along with a pile of XP.
You might even be able to make some gold by selling the 7th legion stuff you'll pick up while you're there if you're lucky.

not how it works ... you can also use 2 rings and 2 diffrent weapons of the same set and one body peace + 4 body and one necklace

stll have room for a monster set and keep your armor passive bonus

Nice advices, thank you. I have just reached to CP160 both my first char and crafting lvl50 at the same time. I was an EVE Online veteran for a long time and my profession was heavy industry manufacturing (Almost didn't hit any ship, only production). When I leave it, I found ESO to cure my crafting addiction. I hope It's deep enough both crafing and marketing conditions. While everyone complaining about there is no auction house, It seems me perfect to have trade hubs on different locations (Just like EVE). I wish there were dangers during transportation between them :)
