    Isn't it completely frozen over?
    So is antarctica.
Didn't stop humans from going there for scientific purposes or bragging rights, even though the place is kinda unsuitable for permanent habitation

Its not just frozen over, its also frozen in time. Meaning yeah you could technically go there, but chances are, you'll end up frozen in time as well.

Its not just frozen over, its also frozen in time...
One - I did not find enything definitive on that in the lore, most mentions only indicate a "permanent winter", which would far more refer to a climate change rather then actual temporal stasis... and there are some indications of the language of the people of atmora being a thing up to the arly third era even...

Two - even if it -was- frozen in time, well, so was Mechanicsburg. Didn't stop Gilgamesh Wulfenbach from going there and pulling some people out, did it now? So sufficiently advanced magic could also deal with any difficulties atmora might pose, right?

Three - its entirely up to UOS how they want to spin the possibility. But it -would- make a nifty expansion someday, don't cha think?
