EXP bonus for CP leveled accounts on new characters

As I am finding less time to play ESO, the amount of time it takes to level a new character has become tiresome. I understand that EXP scrolls exist, but they can be very expensive. What I am proposing is that a passive (50%?) EXP buff be introduced for characters under level 50 on champion leveled accounts. This way the time I need to spend mindlessly grinding Skyreach or similar content, and doing daily dungeons, is drastically reduced.

I have a few characters that I do not play anymore, and would like to delete them to free up slots for new ones (don't want to buy additional character slots). The only thing stopping me from doing so is the thought of how long it would take me to get those new characters leveled.

What do you guys think? If you don't agree with this specifically, would there be something else that might work better?

We get plenty of XP scrolls for free every month from the daily log in.

Besides, we just had a double XP event and will have at least one more before the end of the year during the holidays when many have time off.

?? It only takes 3-4 hours to grind a toon from lvl 3-50 it only takes a little more than 24 hours to hit undaunted to lvl 10, faster if you have a good group of guys to run dungeons. And if you play on PC just download an add on to help you find skyshards faster and if your on console just look them up on the internet for each zone.

Grinding skyreach sounds very boring. I usually just do the activities that unlock important skills and skill points (group and public dungeons, skyshards, lore books, main quest, alliance quest, PvP) and I’m at level 50 long before I’m done with everything. I do use training gear and some scrolls or potions though.

If they make it any faster, they might as well sell level 50 characters in the crown store

I'm usually only able to play every couple of days so I am unable to pickup most of the login rewards, and I missed the majority of the event sadly...

How do you normally level your characters? The fastest I have been able to level a character from 3-50 is about 8 hours, and then the time it took to gather skyshards, lorebooks, and gain undaunted levels. Perhaps I'm not doing it very efficiently, I don't know.

It's fast level up the 25 and more of a hump afterwards. I suggest just go to skyreach and pay someone to level you. You can also buy xp potions.

Question though would you buy level 50 token?

It only takes a moment to log in and collect the rewards.

However, with how much XP bonus Zos has been giving away I do not think they will add more.

Heck, those that are not CP capped need it more than those that are.

Edit: not trying to give you a hard time. Just looking at it realistically.

I would probably not. I don't like to spend more money on games than I need to, as I would rather put in the time (however long it might take). Also considering this is not something that I absolutely NEED to improve my gameplay experience, rather something I think would be convenient. As I said, I already have several characters leveled, but would like to explore different builds.

I understand that you're just trying to make a point, not give me a hard time :)
On the note that those that are not CP capped need it more, I don't think this is true. Leveling your first character to CP 160 is part of the ESO experience. But once you go through this process multiple times, it becomes rather repetitive.
Perhaps I will just have to wait for the winter event to come around and try to grind out my new characters then.

Those that are not CP capped need it more, not for leveling to 50, but to get 800+ CP.

Until they get enough CP they cannot play competitively so they are locked out of many groups by mere fact that mathematically it is harder for them to do enough DPS.

Once a player hits the CP cap it is only themselves that holds them back from doing whatever they want in this game. Until then they are still leveling.

I’ve started leveling my chars in lowby Battlegrounds. I’ve found that lowby Battlegrounds have a mix of players of very diverse skill and experience, so I get both easy and extremely OP opponents. I’ve found myself disappointed each time I get a level - seems like the lowby days are going to pass all too soon.

My mistake, I misunderstood what you meant by this. This is actually a very good point that I had not considered. I am currently (roughly) 630 CP and the amount of time that is has taken to get this far is a grind within itself.

This is especially true with all of the changes to equipment (and how it can be acquired more easily) through transmutation and other things. It is much easier to get the sets that you need with the correct traits than it was before. Which, I suppose, would leave the only limiting factor being their lack of CP.

random daily dungeons give pretty insane amount of xp, and we are getting quite a few holidays with xp boosts.

between those and free xp scrolls from login rewards... I personaly have gotten every alt I have to 50 while barely trying. it takes far FAR longer to actualy level up their skill lines, get appropriate skills morphed, get enough skill points to have decent amount of skills, etc then it does to get to 50.
    dirty worthless casual.

And that is the whole point of them.
Making people choose between investing either their time, or their money.
The best we can hope for is to get "free samples" in the hopes of hooking people on the easy XP gain - and guess what is among the daily login rewards... ;)
What I am proposing is that a passive (50%?) EXP buff be introduced for characters under level 50 on champion leveled accounts.
    Not gonna happen.
You already get XP bonus for ESO+, you already get XP scrolls among the daily rewards, and you already get more XP scorlls to buy in the crown store. Oh, and for the smart ones, there are those events where you have double expee gains, like witches, new life, etc.; guess when we level our new alts? ;)

Giving people more XP buffs would be deterimental to their profits, and so anyone at ZOS who'd seriously consider this would be fired by the suits in charge.

...and that's why there is the CP catchup mechanic.
But once again, it would be futile to demand more then we have since any such demands will be met with an advertisment for crown store XP scrolls.
