"Power creep" in ESO is a myth and a joke. Sustain is harder at 800 CP than it was at 500, thanks to the cost reduction nerfs. New veteran content such as DLC dungeons keep getting harder and harder, where is the creep? "Raise the floor, lower the ceiling" balancing in PvP makes experienced players feel weaker than ever compared to new players. Again, where is the power creep?
