Can we do something against the uneven populated teams

It should not happen that a BG starts when one team has fewer members than the rest. 3v4v4 or 3v3v4 matches are really stupid. It just gets worse if the 4 player team is a full premade.
Either let the match only start when all teams have the same number or put the additional player on halt till the teams are even.
