    To be fair, that announcement was made only about 2 years ago. Give them another 4-5 years and they'll get right on it.

    Yeah? So. They probably evaluated performance last year. I am not sure what priority they fixed, but I am sure there was a priority that got fixed. :trollface:

    But, more seriously, I am going to have to go back and see if they claimed anything. I don't recall they claimed any success with performance in 2017.

    The fix is coming, but it keeps lagging, getting stuck on textures, and disconnecting from the servers.

    The game is actually unplayable right now and actually disgusting in prime time. Its funny cause I had 8 people on me and I couldnt kill them but they couldnt kill me either because no ones abilities or rotations would fire off.

    And whats up with the dawnbreakers being absorbed by trees and other physical in-game objects? When did this bug get introduced or is it another side-feature of the lag?

    Seems like tackling whatever is affecting Cyro performance requires more devs/resources than is currently allotted.
    And since that additional investment won't be immediately recouped, the higher-ups aren't green lighting it.

    I played PvP since the 1st day of live. I have given up after the last update. Yes, i was positive at first, because every update is a step closer to perfection. But it seems it went backwards (and tbh it always has)

    Meanwhile, I'm having the same issues in Cyro while running Alik'r dolmens...seems the servers can no longer handle masses of players and effects. This was with subsampling turned down and no addons with low shadows. Freezemania followed by Disconnectmania.

    Just curious since @ZOS_GinaBruno said, the communication would be better in the future, if you had any updates?

    Or will this be ignored?

    If it's ignored I guess we can assume nothing can be done for the performance issues that so many paying customers are having in cyro.

    Would be a shame to lose more customers and profit.

    I believe this did improve FPS, however its the server lag that needs attention.

    Literally took me 6 seconds to use a dizzy swing yesterday. My character just sat there like he was gonna swing hit wouldnt. Then my skills stopped firing and bar swap went to garbage. Closed app and played something else. Disgusting performance. Why make a game that doesnt work? Were they so set on the idea of how Cyrodiil would play that they just didn't care if it was actually playable once it was live? I cant think of another game that just does not work due to lag.
