It's the second time i've completed vHRC on my magblade and I don't have the completion achievements, I have a screenshot of the loot proving i completed it and also one showing I didn't get the achievements.

I had this happen to me three times but turns out unless all bosses including the mage on top right is killed you won’t get the achievement. Was this boss killed when you did your run with your group ?2 -
