Strange lock sing on my weapon ability

Hi.

At this (and only this ability) in my skills list dialog I noticed the strange lock sign today:



It does not cause me any troubles, I can use, add and remove the ability freely but I wonder what it means and how/if I can get rid of it. Any ideas?
I disabled all my addons but the lock did not go away so it does not seem to be addon-related.

Now I checked it more, it's the same lock as abilities which were not unlocked yet have. So it might been some bug of my client, prehaps.

Did you re-spec your skills, and fall short of the requirement for that one? I.e. you didn't add back enough points to that line (Destruction staff less than 14). The experience in using it remains when you do that, and you can probably still use it, but you'll need to unlock it again, to change that display.
