dizzy swing snipe and others things not working right on ps4 after the update

Dear everyone, do what I did. Switch to playing a character that doesnt use channel/cast time target abilities, and enjoy the few weeks of not getting snipe spammed by bow scrubs who cant actually pvp. Haven't loaded my 2h stamsorc or jabby stamplar once since the patch because I knew this was coming. Instead have been enjoying magDk, magblade, even a bit of sorc, and may level DW on the others for spin2win just to get campaign rewards until they fix it. Keep in mind, this means hide n go snipe playstyle is non existent for a while. Enjoy.

That doesn't really help much it's not just snipe as you know Templars are screwed also jabs are like the main source of a magicka templars dps

Thank God snipe isn’t working correctly. One of the only good things to come out of this patch.

Nah snipe needs fixed to a lot of you might have issues with it that is you're own fault it's easily avoidable just pay attention when it's coming and roll Dodge or block or put you're damage shield up or just play a dk and use wings snipe has lots of counters to it in fact most people I snipe Know how to defend against it just because snipe isn't working right now doesn't mean it shouldn't be fixed I didn't make this thread to start a debate about what needs fixed and doesn't I want everything fixed they broke with the update so we don't have to deal with this stuff if the update would of had the PC fix with it to begin with we wouldn't be having any problems zos is the person to blame here for being irresponsible and not caring now we must wait week's or maybe months for stuff to get fixed it's ridiculous

Almost no changes are ever made to a PC patch before the console gets them. On one hand we know what's broken ahead of time. On the other hand we know it'll remain broken for weeks after it has been fixed on PC.

You aren't wrong. They also have the option of pushing out server side fixes which don't require the same cert full patches do. Until something hits them in the bank account they won't change though.

When they start losing active players to Black Desert is when they might take notice. Maybe.

I agree but it sure would be nice if it didn't have to come to that before they finally decide to start showing console player's a little more attention if everyone does leave I doubt they will come back no matter what zos does to try and make things better I use to play PlayStation home on PS3 and well everyone got tired of Sony not caring and quit playing so they decided to close it down for good even after trying to get player's back not very many returned when their are other options people just seem to want to play those games instead of dealing with the hassle of a broken one can't say I blame everyone either one thing I just don't understand is how a game like DC universe on PS4 can afford to push out a patch sooner then zos can and DC universe definitely has less Money then zos does and DC universe is really old but yet updates the game consistently and fast if something is broken they fix it a day or two later not weeks to months the only thing I can think of zos just doesn't care about are experience in the game if we enjoy it or not as long as we all continue to spend money and eso on console remains a cash cow to them they are happy

2-3 weeks is a solid bet.

The issues with console patching have been enumerated countless times. There will be a delay, even if the bug is patched on PC. It's not *entirely* ZOS's fault.

Has anyone seen any kind of timetable from ZOS on when Consoles will have this fixed? I know we all have estimated anywhere from 2 weeks to Infinity, just wondering if ZOS has actually put anything official out that I missed.

Nothing at all they are just trying to sweep it under the rug in hopes we forget about it until it gets closer to the patch day in weeks or months to come

All gina said was when someone was asking about the problem with enchantments is that it will at least be weeks before we can expect a patch maybe but a date hasn't been set yet that is literally telling us nothing as to when we will get this broken stuff fixed
